Delivery times
In the case of goods individually designed by us according to the customer's wishes, the preparation of the proof is carried out within 3-5 days after the conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work as well as the delivery of the goods within 7 days after the release of the proof (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods will be made within 3 - 5 days in Germany (Germany), for deliveries abroad within 10 - 15 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered. If you have any further questions, you can find our contact details in the imprint.
Payment
Through our financial partner PayPal, you can pay for our items via PayPal credit account, direct debit, credit or debit card or direct debit. A PayPal account is not necessary for this!
